Any client engagement with EvoxSoft is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, such as a master services agreement or statement of work. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and EvoxSoft regarding use of the Site.
